At customboxprinting.com we aim to provide our customers with the best possible
products at the most competitive rates in the market. We try to give our clients
exactly what they want. If you are unsure about what you want, you can always ask for
a free CAD sample and free mock-up — this is why we rarely get refunds or
cancellations. However, if you think we have made a mistake on your order or design,
you can ask for a refund. We will refund your money if one of the following issues
exists in the consignment we have sent.
What are the conditions of filing for a refund?
If these conditions are not met, you won't receive a refund for the items ordered.
- The customer must apply for a refund within 7 working days of receiving the shipment.
- If returning products have been rejected by our customer service team beforehand, no refund will be made.
- The customer must be willing to pay the shipping cost when placing the order. If there's a refund, customboxprinting.com will bear the shipping cost.
- Products must be returned to the address listed on the website; if returned to a wrong address, customboxprinting.com is not liable for a refund.
- If the products are damaged during shipment, contact us and we will take the issue up with the courier.
- In case of a return, the refund money will be added to the customer's online credit. This amount can then be used for future purchases.
What is the procedure of filing for a refund?
Follow these steps and let us do the rest. We will assess the returned products and
get back to you. If there are issues with the quality of items delivered, the refund
amount will be credited to your online account.
- Contact our customer service team and notify them (in detail) about the issue via email, attaching photographs if needed. Our representatives respond within 72 hours and let you know whether the products are eligible for return or require closer inspection.
- If the product requires closer inspection, our customer service team provides a unique case number for tracking the process.
- Return the entire consignment (all products shipped), along with the original invoice, using the Return Label. If the invoice is missing or the full order isn't sent, the return won't be accepted.
How and when will the money be refunded?
If the order is eligible for a refund, the money is added to the customer's online
account as in-store credit, for future purchases.
In case of a partial refund, only the amount qualified for return is refunded, rather
than the full amount.
If you paid with a coupon or in-store credits, the coupon or in-store credits are
pro-rated based on each product's individual value.
